Appointment and Cancellation Policies

Salon Policy
Although we accept walk-in clients (when time permits) a scheduled appointment is recommended. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold reservation(s).

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late past your reservation time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and given to walk-in customers. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, this is done to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy. All treatment prices do not include gratuity. Prices subject to change without notice.
